Daniel Crocker, CPA
Daniel Crocker is the founder and President of Comprehensive Medical Practice Management, LLC a regional full service billing and management Company providing services to Radiologists and Pathologists. Mr. Crocker also founded CMDM (Comprehensive Medical Data Management, LLC) a radiology only billing company in 1998 and grew it from inception to billing over 3.5 million radiology procedures per year. The company operated in ten states. Prior to serving as President of CMPM, Mr. Crocker served as Executive Director of Financial Services for Medical Management Sciences, a national radiology only medical billing and management company. In this role, his staff provided full service billing and management services to 70+ radiology practices nationwide primarily on both coasts and the Midwest. Mr. Crocker is a CPA and started his career with Stegman and Company, a regional public accounting firm in the Baltimore / Washington market, working primarily with closing held companies.
Mrs. Bolton graduated from University of Southern Indiana in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and passed the CPA exam in 1992. Mrs. Bolton spent over 10 years working for the utility industry in various accounting positions including fixed asset, general accounting, tax, and internal auditing. She was trained in Total Quality Management, assisted as a facilitator in the Customer Service area, and served as Chairperson for the Indiana Electric Association Conference. In 1999, after moving to Columbus, Ohio with her family, Mrs. Bolton joined CMPM as the Client Services Accounting Manager and within a year also assumed the role of Controller. Mrs. Bolton is responsible for all internal and client financial statement preparation, cost allocations, and budgeting. She manages cash flow, accounts payable, and payroll processing. Additionally, she prepares and files local, state, and federal tax returns. Mrs. Bolton’s attention to detail and problem solver attitude aligns with CMPM’s goal to service the clients’ needs.
Mrs. Gorenflo graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) in 2000 with a degree in Finance. While attending school Mrs. Gorenflo worked alongside the Vice President of Financial Affairs at IWU. Upon graduation, the university created a new position called Investment Coordinator for Mrs. Gorenflo. Mrs. Gorenflo was responsible for the monitoring and investment of the bond reserve funds, endowment, grants and annuities totaling just under $100 million as well as the daily management of operating cash. In 2003, Mrs. Gorenflo returned to her home state of Ohio to take a position with Comprehensive Medical Practice Management (CMPM). Mrs. Gorenflo was initially hired as a financial analyst. Upon completion of her first year, Mrs. Gorenflo was promoted to practice manager. As practice manager, Mrs. Gorenflo is responsible for managed care negotiations, financial analysis of business opportunities and operational review as well as working with outside vendors for the benefit of the clients. Mrs. Gorenflo was promoted to senior practice manager in 2007 and continues to enjoy successful representation of her clients.
Mr. Lerch graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After graduation, he worked with a leading Columbus-based staffing and recruitment firm. Within his first year, he was promoted from his initial role of assisting in providing employment screening and recruitment services, to managing the entire staffing and recruitment function for one office location. Joining CMPM in 2009, Mr. Lerch provides Human Resources and Benefits Management. He presently acts as an intermediary between insurance agencies and clients to ensure proper management of insurance plan renewals and administration. In addition, he works with clients to address hospital credentialing, employment issues, and devotes time to address specific client needs, which he personally follows through to completion.
